Ingredients in the Rooftop Lemonade
- 2oz. Vodka
- 3oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemonade
- Cucumber Slices
- Lemon Wedges, for garnish
- Empire Tip: Orange Wheel optional
How to Make the Rooftop Lemonade
Shake the vodka and lemonade in a cocktail shaker with ice. After a slight shake, add cucumber slices to the shaker and do one good shake.
Pour into Collins glass and garnish with lemon wedges, and the optional orange slice if you care to.
